Hello. I'm Adam...
*UPDATE* - I am currently working full-time for BBC Worldwide and no longer available for freelance projects.
I'm a freelance filmmaker with over 15 years experience working in animation, motion-graphics, documentary and timelapse. I occasionally lecture on moving-image and photo-imaging for Adobe Generations and Robert Gordon's University, Aberdeen. Right now I live near Bristol in south-west England, but I work with clients across the globe.
I produce animations and video for a range of sectors including TV, Arts based, Corporate & Local Authority and my clients range from BBC & STV to the Royal Scottish Academy & National Galleries of Scotland.
- MOTION-GRAPHICS & ANIMATION: I deliver various animation styles suitable for Television and Commercial applications. I use characters, environments, texture and colour to bring scripts and treatments to life. I can also produce Motion Graphics in order to make logos, facts and figures really "pop" on screen.
- TIMELAPSE: A captivating technique that permits audiences to see processes that would normally be too slow to perceive. Clouds scudding across the sky, the waves of traffic and crowds in a city or a building being constructed. This is a great way to bring otherwise dry, corporate videos to life.
- VIDEO: I produce documentary films for clients from a wide range of sectors. I usually work on my own so I am well suited to conduct one-to-one interviews. I have all my own equipment, so hire me and you have everything you need to deliver your moving image requirements.
Projects can be delivered from start to finish - from development & script through to production and edit. Final delivery can be in a variety of formats - TV, Web or DVD ready.
